Description

For decades, Totalmobile has been transforming Field Service Management (FSM), helping organisations across the UK and beyond unlock the full potential of their mobile workforce. Today, over 1,000 organisations and 500,000 workers rely on our innovative solutions to deliver field services efficiently, effectively, and with measurable impact.

Our success is powered by a unique product suite, shaped through continuous innovation and eight strategic acquisitions. From mobile workforce management to operational intelligence, from lone worker protection to field engineer tracking – we deliver an end-to-end ecosystem. At the heart of this is Connect, our Job Management solution, which unifies every aspect of work order planning and delivery through one fully integrated platform.

In 2023, we expanded into Australia, and since then, demand for our solutions has continued to grow. With a strong pipeline of projects and our first local consultant now established in Sydney, we’re ready to build on that momentum. We’re now looking for our second Software Implementation Consultant in Sydney to strengthen our regional capability and support our continued growth across Australia.

The Role

As a Software Implementation Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering Connect, our Job Order Management solution, to customers across Australia. Working closely with colleagues in both Australia and the UK, you’ll guide organisations from initial consultation through to successful deployment, helping them streamline operations, modernise workflows, and maximise the value of our market-leading FSM technology. This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, contributing to a growing local presence while benefiting from the support and experience of an established global team.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and drive. Ideally, you’ll have a third-level qualification in ICT or a related discipline and at least three years’ experience in a customer-facing implementation role. You’ll have hands-on experience configuring and delivering Job Management or Scheduling solutions within either the commercial or public sector, and you’ll be confident guiding projects end-to-end — from discovery workshops and requirements gathering through to configuration, workflow design, training, UAT support, and go-live.

What sets you apart is your ability to truly understand customer challenges and translate them into effective, practical configurations that deliver measurable value. You’re comfortable explaining technical concepts in clear business language and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level. Technically, you’re confident working with MS SQL Server, including writing queries and handling data, and you’re familiar with reporting tools such as SSRS. Whether working independently or as part of a collaborative project team, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy making a tangible impact.

Why Join Us?

This is about being part of building something sustainable and scalable in Australia. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced UK colleagues and an established local presence, playing a key role in expanding our delivery capability in the region. As our Australian footprint grows, so too will your opportunity to shape its direction and develop your own career within a global organisation. It’s a chance to join at the right moment — where momentum is building, and the journey ahead is full of opportunity.

At Totalmobile, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
