Our People Team plays a central role in how we grow, scale and succeed — and we’re proud of the impact we make. As we continue our international growth, we’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a high-performing, collaborative and genuinely supportive People Team.

This role is ideal for an HRBP who enjoys working closely with leaders, influencing decision‑making, and balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You’ll be trusted, listened to, and encouraged to bring your ideas to the table.

The Role
You’ll partner with senior leaders across the business to support performance, talent and organisational effectiveness. From workforce planning and leadership coaching to people insights and change initiatives, you’ll have real scope to shape outcomes. You’ll also contribute to exciting work such as international expansion and M&A integration, playing a key role in how Totalmobile scales.

This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same. You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, helping shape our people agenda while also rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner ready for the next step into a more strategic role. If you’ve built strong HR experience and enjoy influencing across a business, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice, along with the confidence to coach, challenge, and partner with leaders at all levels. You’re adaptable, comfortable navigating change, and take a curious, data-driven approach to people challenges.

National travel — and occasional international travel — is part of the role. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone proactive, people-focused, and excited to grow with a fast-evolving business.
