We’re looking for a Digital Customer Success Analyst (Graduate) to join our growing Customer Success team and help ensure customers get maximum value from their investment in Totalmobile.

What you’ll do
This is a varied role where you’ll combine customer engagement, data insights and digital communications to support our customers.

You’ll:

  • Deliver digital-first engagement across our customer base
  • Analyse customer usage data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support customer onboarding and adoption journeys
  • Help create digital resources such as guides, webinars and training content
  • Contribute to NPS campaigns and customer feedback programmes
  • Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Support and Professional Services
  • Digital Customer Success plays a critical role at Totalmobile — supporting around 75% of our customer base through scalable engagement that helps customers succeed.

What we’re looking for

You will have a 3rd level qualification in data analytics or a related field. We’re looking for someone curious, organised and passionate about customer experience.

You’ll likely have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with data and digital tools
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn

Bonus points for:

  • Customer-facing or service experience
  • Interest in SaaS or technology businesses
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle or digital engagement tools

This role is designed as a starting point for a career in customer success and technology.
