Now, as part of a transformative integration into our broader FSM platform, Connect is set to expand its impact across new verticals. To drive this evolution, we’re looking for an experienced and visionary Product Manager to take ownership of its strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities:
This role is pivotal within our team, shaping the future of a product that directly influences the success of our customers and our business. As Product Manager, you’ll define and communicate the vision for Connect, ensuring it aligns with the unique challenges and opportunities within our key markets. You’ll identify and address product gaps, quantify their value to Totalmobile and our clients, and prioritise improvements to deliver tangible outcomes.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. Partnering with our Vertical Managing Directors, you’ll ensure Connect’s capabilities are fully aligned with market needs. You’ll lead efforts to create compelling propositions, working closely with our marketing team to craft messaging and materials that resonate with customers. As the steward of the product roadmap, you’ll guide its evolution, from developing robust business cases to overseeing the successful delivery of enhancements that bring value to users.
Skill and Experience:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Product Manager with at least two years of commercial experience. Ideally, you’ll hold a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or possess equivalent expertise gained through hands-on experience. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are second to none, and you bring a meticulous attention to detail to every aspect of your work. You thrive on continuous improvement and are adept at navigating multiple functional areas of business.
With experience in one or more of our key vertical markets, you have a solid understanding of industry challenges and opportunities. You excel at building constructive and collaborative relationships with engineers, designers, and company leaders alike. Your practical knowledge of best practice product management, coupled with expertise in customer, user, and market research methods and design thinking techniques, ensures you can drive impactful results.
