In 2023, we took our next big step—expanding into Australia. With demand for our solutions growing rapidly, we’re now making a pivotal move: hiring our first Software Implementation Consultant in Australia.

Until now, our UK-based consultants have been flying to Sydney or working remotely to lead implementations, working closely with local partners to deliver the exceptional results we’re known for. But with a strong pipeline of work, we’re ready to build a dedicated presence in the region—starting with you.

The Role
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our rostering solutions. You’ll collaborate with teams across the UK and Australia to successfully implement our software across a wide range of industries. From initial consultation to final deployment, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how organisations across Australia leverage Totalmobile’s market-leading FSM technology.

Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone with at least three years of experience in software implementation within a SaaS B2B environment, leading projects from start to finish. Experience in implementing rostering solutions is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex systems into user-friendly solutions is also required. Experience with MS SQL Server and a background in other Field Service Management or Workforce Management solutions would be a major advantage.
