About the Role
As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you’ll play a key role in configuring and delivering our mobile solutions for customers. Working as part of our Professional Services team, you’ll build solutions based on designs from senior consultants or pre-packaged solutions tailored for specific industries. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure our software is set up for success. You’ll also collaborate with support and technical teams to troubleshoot and optimise customer implementations.
Career Progression
This role is designed as a stepping stone towards becoming a fully-fledged Software Implementation Consultant. As you develop your skills in configuring solutions, working directly with customers, and collaborating with technical teams, you'll gain the expertise needed to take on more complex projects. With mentorship from senior consultants and hands-on experience delivering implementations, you’ll have a clear path to progress within Totalmobile’s Professional Services team, growing into a role where you’ll lead deployments, and engage in solution design.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need 1-2 years of experience working in IT in a customer-facing role. A background in the health sector or social housing is essential. Ideally, you’ll also have experience working with MS SQL Server in a commercial setting. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions, is highly motivated, and can quickly learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
