Description

At Totalmobile, we help over 1,000 organisations and 500,000 mobile workers transform how field services are delivered — through smart, intuitive software. Behind every smooth customer experience is a network of dedicated people making sure the details are just right. Now, we’re looking for one more, a Contract and Order Administrator to join our Sales Operations team.

This role has become available due to an internal move and plays a critical part in ensuring every deal not only meets customer expectations, but is also precise, accurate, and ready for our finance team to action without delay.

The Role
Sales moves fast — and to keep that momentum going, we need someone who can take ownership of the details, ensuring every piece of paperwork is accurate, complete, and ready for action. That’s where you come in.

Sitting at the intersection of Sales and Finance, you’ll be the vital link that ensures every deal is correctly documented and smoothly processed. You’ll dive into contracts, extract key information, and update Salesforce with precision — capturing customer details, products and services sold, pricing, contract terms, and start and end dates. Everything in its right place, at the right time.

And when something’s missing? You won’t hesitate to speak up. This role calls for someone confident enough to challenge internal stakeholders — not to slow things down, but to ensure Finance has exactly what they need to do their job. You’ll be a trusted support to the sales team, but also someone who knows when to push back.

From reviewing quotes and liaising with customers to processing orders and keeping Salesforce in top shape, your days will be varied. One moment, you’ll be finalising an order form to meet a tight sales deadline; the next, coordinating a small Professional Services engagement. Your sharp attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to collaborate across teams will be what sets you apart.

Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational instincts, and the confidence to communicate clearly across teams. Ideally, you’ll have around two years of relevant experience and a good understanding of the legal requirements that come with managing contracts. You should be comfortable navigating Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and have the communication skills — both written and verbal — to influence and collaborate effectively. That said, if you’re a recent finance graduate with a natural attention to detail and a desire to learn, we’d love to hear from you too. Experience using Salesforce would give you a distinct advantage.
