The Role

Our mobile solutions are built and configured for each customer using an advanced back-end tool kit. The professional service team within Totalmobile works directly with the customer to ensure that the workflows and features are in place to cater to the individual needs of the customer.

You will be responsible for building solutions based on designs produced by senior consultants or pre-packaged solutions for specific markets. As part of a team of Junior Consultants, you will also work closely with our support and technical teams providing application consultancy services to customers.

Successful applicants in the past have come from a customer-facing role such as IT helpdesk/application support or Project Support. They give you experience in planning and organising your day, how to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and being able to work on your own initiative and as part of a busy team within a technical environment.

Essential Skills

You’ll need 1-2 years of experience in dealing directly with customers in an IT industry-based role. You will take pride in delivering quality solutions and you will be highly motivated with the ability to learn new technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have experience using MS SQL Server in a commercial environment. You need to have experience working in the Health sector or directly with the NHS.
