Help shape the future of asset management at Totalmobile

A year ago, Totalmobile launched something big — our Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) solution. It’s already making waves in the housing and property sector, helping organisations better manage their assets from acquisition to disposal. Now, we’re ready to push things to the next level. We’re looking for a Product Manager to take this exciting young product from early traction to market leadership — someone who can see the bigger picture, bring others along with their vision, and drive growth in one of our fastest-moving markets.

The opportunity
At Totalmobile, we empower over 1,000 organisations and 500,000 mobile workers with technology that transforms how field services are delivered. Our mission is to make work and the workplace better — and asset management is central to that story. The ALM product sits at the heart of our housing and property portfolio, a key strategic lever for growth across the business. It’s already been well received by the market, but the opportunity ahead is to differentiate, innovate, and scale — quickly. You’ll lead that charge. Working with cross-functional teams across Product, Consulting, Presales, and Go-To-Market, you’ll take ownership of the product vision, translate market signals into strategy, and make sure what we deliver continues to set Totalmobile apart.

What you’ll do
As Product Manager for Asset Lifecycle Management, you’ll set the direction and bring the vision to life. You’ll define where the product is headed and communicate that story in a way that excites teams across the business — from developers and designers to consultants and salespeople. Every enhancement, release, and new capability will tie back to a clear market opportunity and a strong sense of customer value.

You’ll take the product on its journey from a successful early-stage launch to a recognised market leader, guiding its growth and shaping the roadmap that delivers real impact for our customers. Collaboration will be key — you’ll work closely with colleagues across Product, Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Development to ensure that every decision we make strengthens our position in the market.

You’ll spend time with our customers to understand their challenges and ambitions, translating those insights into ideas that drive adoption, differentiation, and profitability. From building business cases to defining pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans, you’ll play a central role in shaping how Asset Lifecycle Management continues to grow. Using the SAFe framework, you’ll prioritise enhancements, maintain clear and transparent roadmaps, and make sure that every release delivers meaningful value — for both our customers and Totalmobile.

Skills and Experience
You’re an experienced B2B Product Manager with at least two years in a SaaS or software environment. You thrive in fast-moving settings, love solving complex problems, and know how to take an idea from concept to commercial success. You might have experience in social housing, property, asset management, or field service software — or perhaps you’ve scaled a product in another sector and can bring that growth mindset here. You know how to turn insight into strategy, and strategy into action. You collaborate confidently with engineers, designers, and leaders to bring a shared vision to life. You apply modern product management techniques, including design thinking, customer research, and agile delivery, and you communicate with clarity and influence, whether presenting a vision or defending a business case.

Why join Totalmobile
This is a high-profile role in one of Totalmobile’s fastest-growing areas. You’ll join a passionate team creating software that genuinely improves how people work. With the freedom to shape a product with huge potential and the backing of a business built on innovation and collaboration, your ideas won’t just be heard — they’ll help define the future of field service management.

At Totalmobile, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work. We are committed to an inclusive workforce that fully represents many different cultures, backgrounds and viewpoints. We are dedicated to supporting inclusion and diversity at Totalmobile. We actively celebrate colleagues’ different abilities, sexual orientation, ethnicity, faith, and gender. Everyone is welcome and supported in their development at all stages in their journey with us.
