This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of our people operations, supporting onboarding, engagement, compliance, and systems administration. You’ll be a key player in shaping our workplace culture, helping to make our offices a vibrant hub of activity and connection.
What You’ll Be Doing
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, from contracts and induction planning to probation sign-off.
- Manage offboarding with professionalism, ensuring systems and documentation are up to date.
- Speaking to/surveying our people throughout the onboarding and offboarding process to gather insights so we can continue to make improvements, enabling us to provide the best possible experience.
Employee Engagement & Office Culture
- Be a visible, approachable presence in the office, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
- Organise social events, wellbeing activities, and employee forums.
- Support internal communications and feedback initiatives.
Policies & Compliance
- Maintain and update People policies and procedures in line with employment law.
- Support audits and ensure GDPR compliance and accurate documentation.
Security & Background Checks
- Coordinate pre-employment screening (right-to-work, DBS, references).
- Track renewals and maintain secure records.
Systems Administration
- Ensure our HR Information Systems (HRIS) are consistently accurate, up to date, and securely maintained.
- Produce insightful reports and support data analysis to inform people's decisions.
- Partner with IT to troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements.
- Become the go-to expert for our HRIS, design and optimise workflows to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
General HR Support
- Assist with payroll and benefits queries.
- Support training administration and track mandatory learning.
- Help deliver annual people surveys and analyse results.
- Manage our family-friendly processes- Maternity/Paternity/Flexible working
- Answering queries within the HR inbox

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in HR administration or people operations function.
- Knowledge of basic employment law.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for employee experience.
- Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- An analytical mindset to problem-solving and process improvement. Experience with tools like Power BI is advantageous, helping us turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience with AI (or willingness to learn) would be a great advantage.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
